Dengan sehat secara jasmani bisa menunjang kesehatan secara rohani dimana kesehatan jasmani dan rohani harus seimbang. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, perlu adanya suatu usaha salah satunya dengan berolahraga. Dalam Program kerja UKM ini, kami sudah menjadwalkan kegiatan olahraga yang dilaksanakan pada hari Minggu, 24 november 2019 bertempat di GOR IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama 2 jam dimana dimulai pada pukul 07.00 WIB dan diakhiri pada pukul 09.00 WIB dengan melibatkan seluruh anggota UKM Katolik. Adapun Jenis Olahraga yang dilaksanakan adalah Voly, badminton, basket dan zumba bersama.
